Located in Richmond's Near West End "adjacent to business parks and shopping", this "updated older" hotel features "above-average", "comfortable, quiet" rooms (though "noisy" bathroom fans annoy some); guests appreciate the "nice" indoor pool and give "two thumbs up" for the "hard-working" "service-oriented" staff, plus find the free Internet access and business center "a bonus", but aren't as pleased with the "mediocre" food and "very basic lobby and public spaces."

Helpful staff.

Food in hotel dining room was not very good.

Great location in Richmond. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking, although not as close to the entrance as I would have liked. Had the breakfast buffet, which I would not recommend.
